Rent Valuation
A member of iConn will visit your property in Canterbury and carry out a rent valuation. The valuation will be based on rental valuations achieved in your local area for properties similar to your own.

Check In
If iConn have undertaken an Inventory, we will carry out the check in and checkout service at the end of the tenancy. This also includes transferring over the utility accounts to the appropriate name.
