Landlord Information - Rent Collection

If you decide not to opt for the full management service we are able, in conjunction with the Tenant Find service, to provide a rent collection option in which case we will collect the rental on your behalf, prepare a statement and account to you as instructed. Should the need ever arise, we will actively chase late payments and you will be kept fully informed.

Please note under this service, the Landlord is responsible for renewing the annual Gas safety certificate.
