Here is a step by step guide to letting your property through iConn Property Management.
A member of iConn will visit your property and carry out a rent valuation. The valuation will be based on rental valuations achieved in your local area for properties similar to your own.
We will advise you on how to best achieve the maximum rent level for your property. We can assist you in finding the right contractors to undertake the best cost effective improvements to your property to maximise your rental yield.
A member of iConn will arrange to visit your property to take marketing photos both interior and exterior. Your property will be exposed on all National property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location, including our own website.
A member of iConn will accompany all viewings; you will not have to be there yourself; we recommend that all viewings are undertaken by iConn and not the owner as potential tenants feel more comfortable with an Agent at this early stage.
iConn will inform you of any offer received and will help you decide to accept the offer or not.
iConn will undertake full referencing which includes employment and credit history; to which the potential applicant pays for. You will be notified of the result of the referencing in order for you to make the final decision.

iConn will assist in organising a professional clean of the property. We require all properties being Let through iConn to be professionally cleaned for the start of the new tenancy.
If iConn have undertaken an Inventory, we will carry out the check in and checkout service at the end of the tenancy. This also includes transferring over the utility accounts to the appropriate name.
