Unfortunately, there may be times when an emergency will arise within your property when our office is closed.
Our office opening times are:
Monday – Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
Saturday - 9 am – 1.00 pm
We are also closed on bank holidays and certain days over the Christmas period; an email will be sent to all tenants in December confirming the Christmas office closure times.

If you do experience a problem that you cannot resolve while our office is closed and you have not successfully been able to reach any of the above approved contractors, you will need to contact an alternative local professional contractor who must hold the necessary qualifications. Please note that you should only do what is absolutely necessary to rectify the problem.
If you do have to contact a contractor after office hours, please ensure that as soon as our office is open, you contact us to inform us of the situation, including all the details.
You must ensure that you obtain an invoice/receipt from the contractor once the works have been completed. Please note that any works undertaken that are deemed not to be as a result of an emergency as listed above, may result in the tenant not being reimbursed by the landlord.
PLEASE NOTE – If you have been provided with the contact details of a service contract that your Landlord pays for, you must ensure you contact the provider in the first instance. Failure to do so may invalidate any warranty the Landlord may have in place which may result in the tenant being charged.
