We came to iConn from an agent that was always asking us to reduce rent and offering incentives to the tenants; because of this attitude we always felt that the agent was working for the tenant rather that us. They keep us up to date with emails and phone calls; the money side of the company is always professional and correct, which was not so our previous agents.
